hello let’s talk about employees that
can’t handle stress so my name is Scott
Bechtel I’m a hypnotist and for 21 years
I worked in the IT industry and since
then I’ve migrated over to be a
hypnotist and so I my ideal clients our
IT professionals that are stressed out
or have lots of anxiety so let’s talk
about the topic of employees that can
handle stress so one of the things you
can do if your IT leader and you have
employees that are having trouble of
stress one thing to do is just
acknowledge the stress there’s lots
happening there’s lots of projects
happening or people are working at home
everything is different
everything’s stressful just acknowledge
it just naming it can be a stress relief
it within itself another thing to do is
to offer praise so if as an employee you
like to be praised as a human you’d like
to be praised praise makes a huge
difference on people’s relationship to
de-stress it’s easier to do it so much
easier to relate and handle stress when
someone says yeah there’s lots of stuff
happening but you’re doing a really good
job keep it up
as an IT leader obviously when someone’s
super stressed out when your whole team
stressed up offer your assistance make
yourself available to them in ways that
normally you’re not we’re just bringing
extra resources offer your assistance
offer the assistance of more help if
that’s beneficial also take the feedback
if more help will actually be a
hindrance trust your team do they got it
then let them have it
and get some distance for yourself and
other team members stress can be
contagious if you have one person that’s
gerar
super stressed out that can be
infectious right so maybe get that
person an extra day off just deal with
where an extra work from home or an
extra something that can create a
difference for that person one thing
that you can offer to them or for
yourself is to work with a hypnotist
hypnosis can be very powerful and
changing the relationship someone has
with stress changing the relationship
they have with anxiety if they’ve got 10
tasks to do using hypnosis to to change
their relationship to all that effort
that needs to be done to just handle one
thing at a time anyways so if you know
