Hey can you see this tree that went down because it just kind of handle stress anymore?

Okay so we had severe winds the other day that tree just… mmm It could handle it anymore and I don’t want that to be you. Anyways so my name is Scott Bechtel. For 21 years I was working in I.T. stressed out a lot. Then when I became really resilient to the stress in my life… And just you know sometimes mosquitoes like to bug your arm when you’re recording… Okay so I was getting ready as a hypnotist I’ve found ways that I used in my life to build, and to deal with stress. I’ve built and installed quickly in an instant, calm and ease, and just let the winds rush right over me. I just stay calm and one of the things that I’d use is just being present in the moment, and to get present in the moment, I just use my senses.

I use my nose. What are two things I can smell? Well I can smell fresh cut grass, in fact, I think I hear on cutting grass … that’s next one … cut grass and soft wet dirt and that’s under me.

Ears. Three things I can hear. So I hear a lawnmower. I hear birds singing and off in  the distance I can hear some traffic and …

Four things I can see. You can see a road in front of me. See a tree that’s down behind me. Bye bye RIP tree. And then I see lots of bushes around me and wet dirt.
